Print checks and pay stubs

In case you want to learn more about managing your employees in QBO, visit our Employees and payroll taxes page for reference. Give a printed version (PDF) of these instructions to your employees. If you navigate away from the confirmation page, but still need to print or reprint checks, you can go to the Reports tab, and then click Print Paychecks and Pay Stubs.

Troubleshoot missing pay stubs or incorrect pay or tax info

• When you have employees set up for QuickBooks Workforce will get an email notification after running payroll in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• You can get an email reminder every time your new pay stub is available.
• You can get this or check the latest version by going to the Adobe website.
• You can also see your time off balances and year-to-date pay.
• You can also print a check or pay stub for a particular employee from the Employees list.

Once open, access your Workforce account and retrieve your check stubs. If you’re able to achieve this, then we’ll need to go back to your regular web browser and delete its cache. This will make your browser to function efficiently and prevent unusual behavior in the future. If the employer is new to this setup, they need to upload past pay stubs so you can see them online. You’ll want to reach out to your employer or previous employer so they can assist you with it. It’s my priority for you to access your check stubs, ARD inc employee payroll.

Turn on notifications for new pay stubs

Check with your employer about W-2 availability in ViewMyPaycheck. If your hours or wages appear incorrect, reach out to your employer.

See your time off and year-to-date pay

• This will make your browser to function efficiently and prevent unusual behavior in the future.
• Employees whose employer was using QuickBooks Online Payroll will have 12 months to access it after cancellation.
• For QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, employees will lose access immediately.
• If you pay employees through paper checks, you can print them out using your payroll product.

First, try to make sure to install and register an updated Adobe Acrobat or Reader. You’ll need this app to print paychecks or view forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You can get this or check the latest version by going to the Adobe website. One possible reason why you’re unable to view your check stubs through QuickBooks Workforce is that your employer or previous employer is no longer have an active payroll subscription. Employees whose employer was using QuickBooks Online Payroll will have 12 months to access it after cancellation. For QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, employees will lose access immediately.

Step 2: Print paychecks or pay stubs

If each employer has set up their company for ViewMyPaycheck, then you can view your paychecks from multiple companies. If your employer has set up ViewMyPaycheck for your company, then you can sign up and get online access to your paychecks in ViewMyPaycheck. Check out this video to see how to view your pay stubs, time off, W-2s and track your time in the new mobile app. Set intuit check stubs up your printer and choose what type of check paper and add-ons you want on your paychecks. Once your employer has invited you to QuickBooks Workforce and you’ve set up your account, you can view your paycheck details, time off balances, and total pay for the year. Step 1: Set up your printing preferences

If you want to print your checksor pay stubs later, run the Paycheck list report. You can also print a check or pay stub for a particular employee from the Employees list. You can also try to process or print those checks and pay stubs using other supported browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge) if the steps above didn’t work.
